Vagrant vintage seeks new home

Well lookey here! It's my new etsy shop.

It's called The Vagrant Duck.

It's full of nice vintage things that are looking for a new home.

My absolute favourite is Thermocat. Yes, it's a cat thermos. His head screws off. Adorably cute. Love it badly.

Perhaps this Red Metal Ice Cream Scoop (which comes with a free ice cream recipe) tickles your taste buds?

Or these pretty little arcopal coffee mugs.

Pastel Tupperware forks anyone? ...

All items are have been unearthed from thrift shops, car-boot markets, garage sales or the deep, dark depths of my Nanna's hall cupboards (thanks Nanna!).

Really, this shop is a way of justifying my vintage shopping fetish. Damien has put his foot down and said we cannot fit any more 'stuff' in our little 2br unit, but seems to be ok if I buy things for The Vagrant Duck. It's win-win.

An early Merry Christmas to me AND you!

Chroma-key art

This is cool.
Artist Tyree Callahan replaced the keys on his typewriter with ink pads, and called it the Chromatic Typewriter.

Wonder if you could replace them with some sort of food substances and create edible art?
